Installation and Assembly

Delivery area must be clean and cleared prior to the truck arriving.

Unless otherwise organised all furniture is delivered assembled.

Some items can be delivered flat pack and assembled onsite however charges may apply – please enquire with our sales team.

It is important that allowances are made for large pieces of furniture e.g. access via stairways, doors & lifts, before delivery. All goods that require disassembly due to restrictive access will be charged at $95.00 per hour in addition to delivery fee.

Our professional delivery team are not computer technicians or electricians and under no circumstances will we touch existing electronics or wiring. We will not drill into walls for any reason.

As indicated in our delivery terms and conditions delivery days given but no times. If you contact our office after 9.00 a.m. on the day of delivery we should be able to give you an idea of estimated time of arrival, time is not guaranteed. You may arrange for a call to your mobile phone 1 hour prior to delivery arrival, this is always subject to you being available to take the call.
