Warranty - Terms and Conditions
Because our range of products is so comprehensive we would like to point out a few issues that relate to purchasing and choosing office furniture.
Quality
All products shown in this brochure carry a manufacturers warranty that varies on each product, from 12 months to a lifetime. Please note, to service any warranty issues you firstly need to contact our office and we will contact the manufacturer on you behalf, we will always require your original proof of purchase (ROF Invoice). All manufacturers have different warranty conditions and we are happy to discuss these at time of purchase.
Delivery
A delivery charge is applicable to all goods, however this varies upon quantity, area and access – please enquire for a firm quote
Stock
Our showroom has a huge range of office furniture as shown in this brochure and we will do all things reasonably possible to maintain stocks of products advertised but cannot be responsible for the unavailability of such products as a consequence of the failure of suppliers to deliver at all or on time or through any other circumstances beyond the control of Rockdale Office Furnishers.
Ordering
Orders can be placed directly over the phone, by fax or email; however custom made items must be signed off on our official quotation form and will not be ordered without holding a deposit of 30%. Final payment is due prior to or on delivery unless authorised with management.
Cancellation
All cancellations of standard stock items e.g. from showroom stock must be in writing however all non stock custom made items cancelled will incur a re-stocking fee of 30% per item.
Colour Matching
While our manufacturers will do their utmost to provide a colour match on timber veneer items to you existing furniture, veneer is a natural product and exact colour match cannot be guaranteed as natural light, ageing of wood and ones own interpretation will bear comparisons.
Fabrics
Most upholstered items show in this brochure e.g. chairs / screens can be covered in fabrics shown at the back of this brochure, plus larger samples can be obtained by contacting any of our sales staff.
Colours / Footnotes
Due to printing processes, colours in this catalogue may vary from actual items. Items pictured are representative only of products on offer; we reserve the right to correct printing errors, incorrect images, descriptions and omissions.
